Wesley Jackson enters his sixth season with the program in 2022-23.

Jackson joined the Westfield State men's basketball staff for the 2017-18 season.  He has been the longtime director of the South End Community Center All-Stars AAU program, where he managed all aspects of the program, hired coaches, and ran the college night.  The SECC AAU program produced over 100 All-Western Mass players, four Lahovich Trophy winners, and helped place more than 50 student-athletes into collegiate basketball programs. 

He was recently named as an assistant coach with the Western Mass Zombies in the ECBL, and serves as the athletic director for Baystate Academy Charter Public School in Springfield and Paulo Freire Social Justice Charter School in Chicopee.

Jackson holds a Bachelor of Science degree in business management from the University of Phoenix.
