Enjoy a round of golf with fellow alumni, parents and friends of Westfield State University Athletics at Crestview Country Club, in Agawam, Mass.
Your participation helps us provide the best possible experience for our student-athletes. All funds raised by the Owl Club goes directly to enhance our athletic teams.
The 17th Annual Owl Club Golf Tournament is set for Monday, August 7, 2023 at Crestview Country Club in Agawam, Mass. All proceeds from the tournament support Westfield State University athletics.
Gather your foursome and register today! The individual player tournament entry fee of $180 includes a tee gift for each player, 18 holes of golf with carts, a cookout lunch before the round, and buffet dinner and awards ceremony after the round.
The tournament is a scramble format, which ensures a fun and competitive day for golfers of all abilities, with on-course contests, a putting contest, and our players’ oasis on the course to keep you refreshed.
Registration begins at 11:00 a.m., lunch is served from 11:15 to 12:15 with a 12:30 p.m. shotgun start.

Guest of Honor – Kevin Queenin ’70
Westfield State athletics is pleased to welcome Kevin Queenin ’70 as the guest of honor for the 2023 Owl Club Golf Tournament. Queenin is a longtime member, and two-time chair of the Westfield State Board of Trustees, serving as chair from 2009-12 and again from 2018-21. Additionally, Queenin sits on the board of directors and has chaired the Westfield State Foundation, Inc., the non-profit fundraising arm of the University, under which the Owl Club raises funds to support Westfield State athletics.
A Westfield resident, Queenin is CEO of Specialty Bolt and Screw, Inc. (SBS), headquartered in Agawam. SBS is an international company focused on engineering and supply chain solutions for larger OEMs. Currently SBS has distribution centers in California, Wisconsin, Canada, Finland, Mexico, and Taiwan.
COURSE INFORMATION
Crestview Country Club is home to one of the best semi-private golf courses in the area. A renowned Geoffrey Cornish design, the course is challenging enough to have played host to the PGA TOUR Travelers Championship Open Qualifier in 2015, the CT Section PGA Championship in 2013, the LPGA Friendly's Classic from 1995-1998, as well as several US Amateur qualifiers. The rolling terrain course totals just over 6,900 yards from the championship tees.

Take exit 3 for US-5 N toward Agawam/MA-57 (0.3 mi)
Continue onto US-5 N (0.4 mi)
Take the exit toward MA-57/Agawam/Southwick (0.1 mi)
Continue on River Rd to your destination (10 min (5.4 mi)
At the traffic circle, take the 1st exit onto River Rd (3.2 mi)
Turn left onto Main St (0.2 mi)
Turn right onto South St (1.0 mi)
Continue onto Shoemaker Ln (0.7 mi)

Turn Right on Little River Road (Rt. 187)
