WSU Swimming Splits Meets at Smith College

WESTFIELD, Mass. — Westfield State women's swimming team hit the road on Saturday, splitting a pair of results in a tri-team mid-season meet at Smith College in Northampton, Mass.
Westfield topped Elms College in the scoring, 142-89, and fell to host Smith, 222-56.
Alexa Richter (Westfield, Mass.) raced in four different events for the Owls, including a second place finish in the women's 200-yard freestyle and finished with a time of 2:07.51.
Kara Banagan (Niskayuna, N.Y.) finished second in two diving events; in women's three meter diving with a score of 203.70 and women's one meter diving with a score of 198.23.
Westfield State will head to Bridgewater for the Bridgewater State Invitational meet on Saturday, December 7 at 11 a.m.
