Tealei Chandonnet (Dracut, Mass.) finished 60th overall with a time of 23:05.8 to lead Westfield State women's cross country to a 14th-place team finish at the NCAA Division III Mideast Regional at Harkness Park in Waterford, Conn.

Westfield had three more finishers in the top-100 in Shea Hamel (Longmeadow, Mass.) came in 69th with a time of 23:23.0. Reese Stevens (Agawam, Mass.) finished 77th with a time of 23:36.5 and Molly Kennedy (West Springfield, Mass.) finished in 93rd with a final time of 24:07.1. All set PR's or course PR's in the performance, and tightened their grouping by 12 seconds over the pre-regional on this course earluer in the season.
Westfield State finished 14th as a team, which was better then last year's finish as they finished 18th. Westfield State finished as the top state school and highest MASCAC finisher of the meet to wrap up the 2024 season.
Williams College won the meet with all five of their finishers landed in the top-20, with Kate Tuttle as their highest finisher with a time of 21:08.5 in 4th place overall. Jules Bleskoski of RPI finished in first place overall as she finished with a time of 20:47.3.
