The Westfield State Women's Lacrosse team will be hosting a Goalie Clinic on Sunday, September 10, 2023 at the Woodward Athletic Center on the Westfield State University campus.

Players from the reigning 5-time MASCAC Champion Westfield State Owls will work with you and be joined by 6-time Coach of the Year, head coach Jeff Pechulis and first assistant Monica Rose, a former Bentley College Northeast-10 Goalie of the Year, First Team All-Conference Goalie, and All-American Goalie.

At WSU we pride ourselves on the success of our goaltenders.  They get one-on-one workouts every day and it pays off.  We've had the top goalie in our conference since 2012. We've also had the only All-Conference MVP goalie, 3 Conference Championship MVP goalies, a first team All-Conference goalie just about every year including this past year, and an NCAA D3 All-Regional Second Team goalie.  Needless to say the goalies are a pretty big deal at WSU.

This clinic is a must for high school goalies interested in Westfield State and continuing their goaltending career in college.

The Goalie Clinic will begin with registration at 10:30 and will run from 11-1pm.  All players will need to bring their gear, footwear for the turf and gym (in case of rain), and a water bottle.

The clinic will cover all aspects of the goalie's responsibility with personal one on one station drills.  Following the clinic we will head over to campus for LUNCH on us at our recently revamped dining common!  You'll love the fresh "farm to table" food!! Parents and friends are welcomed to join us for lunch for a small fee of $8 per person.

Pre-registration is required by September 7th and walk-ons will not be accommodated.  Registration is limited so sign up soon.

Cost for the clinic is $75 per player.  For preregistration all players must submit the attached registration form to participate.  Completed forms and questions can be emailed to Coach Pechulis in advance at jpechulis@westfield.ma.edu.

All payments by check should be made out to "The Westfield State Foundation, Inc" c/o Women's Lacrosse and mailed along with a completed registration/waiver form for each participant to:
