Westfield State University men's golf wrapped up the 2021-22 season with a third place finish at the Thread City Invitational tournament hosted by Eastern Connecticut at the Windham Club in North Windham, Connecticut on Sunday afternoon.

The Owls shot 327 as a team to tie for third with Rhode Island College.  ECSU won the event at 298, followed by Salem State in second at 298. 13 teams competed at the meet.

Westfield State senior Kyle DelSignore placed fourth individually with a 6-over par 76.  The Owls' Brandon Smith finished in a tie for 12th at 81, with J.J. Newcombe one stroke back with an 82.
