WESTFIELD, Mass. – Westfield State football's Cooper Harvey (Niskayuna, N.Y.) was named the Massachusetts State Collegiate Athletic Conference Special Teams Player of the Week for his third conference award this season after his impressive performance in the Owls win over Worcester State this past Saturday.

Harvey did his part in the Owls' 30-12 victory over Worcester State with a field goal and three successful extra point attempts. The first-year kicker was 4/5 for kicks on the day, including a 35-yard field goal that tied his career best. He has a total of 19 points in his first season, coming from three made field goals and ten extra point makes.

The Owls (2-7, 2-5 MASCAC) look to wrap up the regular season on a high note at Fitchburg State on Saturday, November 11 for a 12:00 P.M. kickoff.
