WESTFIELD, Mass. – Westfield State athletics placed a total of 137 student-athletes on the 2023 Massachusetts State Collegiate Athletic Conference Winter/Spring All-Academic Team that was released earlier today by conference Commissioner Angela Baumann.

Student-athletes who compete in championship varsity sports offered by each of the MASCAC institutions during the Winter and Spring 2023 athletic season and have achieved a 3.20 cumulative or semester-based grade point average during the semester are eligible for selection to the Winter/Spring All-Academic Team.

Overall, 906 student-athletes across the league's conference members and affiliates were recognized. The Owls placed the third-most student-athletes across the 11 different winter and spring sports on the MASCAC All-Academic Team.
