WESTFIELD, Mass.  – Westfield State freshman Amy O'Sullivan (Greenfield, Mass) completed her sweep of the MASCAC Women's Cross Country Rookie of the Week awards for the 2018 season, earning the award for the seventh time this year for her performance last week.

O'Sullivan was the top finishing rookie among MASCAC members at the NCAA Division III New England regional meet, held in Brunswick, Maine.

Consistently the Owls top finisher in 2018, O'Sullivan covered the women's 6,000- meter course in a time of 23:44, finishing in 87^th place overall.  The MASCAC Rookie of the Year, she won the weekly award each week in which Westfield State competed.

Westfield State wrapped up its season with a 23^rd- place team finish on Saturday.
