WESTFIELD, Mass.  – Freshman Amy O'Sullivan (Greenfield, Mass.) grabbed the Massachusetts State Athletic Conference rookie of the week honors on Monday for the second straight week.

 O'Sullivan ran to a second-place individual fin­ish at the Purple Valley Invitational held at Williams College this past Saturday. She covered the 5k course in 20:13.1, leading the Owls to a fourth-place team finish.

 The Owls women's cross country team gets back to work on home turf October 6^th, as they host the James Early Invitational at Stanley Park beginning at 10:30 a.m.
