Westfield State senior Lexi Popp (Westford AcademyWestford, Mass.) lowered her own school-record time in the indoor 400 meters by .61 seconds to 56.09 while competing at the Boston University last chance meet on Sunday.
Popp moved into third place on the NCAA Division III performance list, which is used to select the field for the NCAA Championship meet.
