WESTFIELD, Mass.  –  Westfield State senior slugger Anthony Crowley (Bellingham, Mass.) started the season in style, as he was named to the D3Baseball.com team of the week for March 5, 2019.

Crowley started the year with a 2-for-3 day (.667) with a pair of doubles, one RBI and a stolen base in a 6-5 Owls win over Western New England on Sunday, Westfield State's season opener.

An All-New England outfielder in 2018, Crowley and the Owls will continue their season with a seven-game swing through Florida with games in Auburndale and Kissimmee next week.
