Rebenciuc placed 40th as an individual at the Keene State Invitational on Saturday, covering the 5k course at the Owl Athletic Complex in a time of 19:25.1, setting a personal-best time for the distance by 2:20.
Rebenciuc's big day helped the Owls place fourth as a team in the 23-team, 240-athlete meet, and will help set the Westfield women's cross country team up for their home meet on Saturday, as the Owls host the 28th annual James Earley Invitational cross country meet at Stanley Park. The day will include four races, two for men and two for women, beginning with the Women's Blue Race at 10:30 a.m.
