WESTFIELD, Mass. -- Westfield State University senior pole vaulter Ashley Craig (Westford Academy/Groton, Mass.) was selected as the Massachusetts State Collegiate Athletic Conference field athlete of the week.

Craig placed third in the pole vault with a top height of 3.55m (11' 07.75") at the Tufts Snowflake Classic on Saturday. Her performance is currently ranked ninth nationally in the event.

Craig and the Owls will be back in action this Saturday at the US Coast Guard Academy Invitational meet.
