Westfield State swimming and diving opened its second semester schedule with a 157-122 win over the University of Saint Joseph in Hartford, Conn. on Friday evening.
Owls' senior Jenna Albrecht won both the 1000 and the 500 freestyle events and swam a leg of Westfield State's 200 freestyle relay.
Kelsey Johnstone picked up wins for Westfield in the 50 and 100 breaststroke, and the 100 individual medley relay, and Carly Thibodeau topped the 50 and 100 butterfly events.
The Owls are back in action tomorrow, hosting Plymouth State in a meet that will begin at noon.
