WESTFIELD, Mass. - Women's soccer first-year midfielder Tia Tollis (East Longmeadow, Mass.) closes out the regular season on a high note by being named the Massachusetts State Collegiate Athletic Conference Rookie of the Week.

Tollis was named Rookie of the Week for the fourth time this season after her exceptional offensive output in the Owls' dominant 6-0 win over Salem State. Tia tallied two goals and an assist in the match, including the first and game-winning goal in the 21st minute.

Tollis enters postseason play after a fantastic start to her collegiate athletic career this season as she currently has eight goals and five assists for a total of 21 points. Her eight goals leads all rookies in the MASCAC.

The Owls (11-6-1; 6-1 MASCAC) now look ahead to hosting the MASCAC semi-final matchup as the second seed on Friday, November 3 for a 12:00 P.M. start time against the highest remaining seed.
