Westfield, Mass. – Owls first-year forward Will Buckley (Plymouth, Mass.) finished in a team-high 105^th place with a time of 27:19.8 at the Connecticut College Invitational on Saturday morning. The Owls finished in 24^th place out of 26 teams.

Senior Michael Maher (Attleboro, Mass.) was the next Owls player to finish, placing 141^st with a time of 28:29.1 in the 192-runner field.

Williams College swept both the men's and women's varsity team races as the men's team recorded 37 points including three runners in the top ten. Williams senior Aidan Ryan (New York, N.Y.) finished first individually with a time of 23:52.9.

Westfield State's next race will come in two weeks as the Owls partake in the MASCAC Championship on October 30^th.
